Project Nutrition™ is an interactive curriculum that helps students in grades 6 – 12 gain an understanding of their daily nutrition intakes, and how to take action to help themselves, friends, family and the community. This engaging program helps students learn ways to make healthy eating a habit.

Project Nutrition features:
- Helps schools comply with federal guidelines for Coordinated School Health programs, Child Nutrition and WIC Re-authorization Act of 2004
- Life Skills Challenges test their knowledge with an Energy Balance Challenge, a Food Pyramid Challenge, Make the Right Choice Challenge and more
- Students create personal activity and eating plans, and take action for food safety
- Students learn about the science of the body.
- Students learn to gather heart and lung measurements
- Students acquire knowledge on food safety, the Food Pyramid, portion size, energy balance, and measurement
- Students learn to assess nutrition and implement dietary changes, while exploring science and math with critical thinking and writing skills
