Project Fitness™ is an interactive health education that helps students in grades 6 – 12 understand the importance of diet, exercise, physical fitness and nutrition, and how to take action to help themselves, friends, family and the community. This engaging program helps students learn ways to make healthy eating a habit.

Project Fitness features:
- Helps schools comply with federal guidelines for Coordinated School Health programs
- Students learn about anatomy, physiology, the benefits of exercise, muscular strength, and more
